A full refurbishment was undertaken, which involved the creation of a new basement that incorporates a gym, cinema room, games room and swimming pool.

Ligneous was involved from an early stage of the concept design and helped achieve the detail design the client was hoping for.

On this project the client was very involved and we took them to our veneer merchants, where they personally choose the veneers.
